1. 30-Day Return Period

You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags must remain attached
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.

2. Starting a Return

Once your return is approved, we will provide:

  • Step-by-step return instructions
  • A return shipping label (if applicable)

Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • The wrong item or size

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@orlure.store. Please include clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Incorrect items received
  • Wrong size delivered

All exchanges depend on product availability. Delivery times for replacement items may vary.

5. No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees. If your return meets our policy conditions, you won’t incur any additional charges.

6. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5–7 business days
  • In some cases, it may take up to 7 business days after approval

Please note: Your bank or payment provider may require extra time to reflect the refund.

7. Discounts & Promotions

  • Discounts and promo codes must be applied at checkout
  • We cannot apply discounts after a purchase is completed
  • Refunds will not include missed or unused promotional offers
